Moscow state medical university

The University was founded on 5th February, 1960 by the USSR Government. On 22nd February, 1961, the RUDN University was named after Patrice Lumumba — one of the symbols of the African people’s fight for independence. Students and academicians are free to pursue their learning, teaching, and research activities without being subject to political context, but firmly directed to the grand principles of friendship and mutual support.On February 5, 1992, by the decision of the Government of Russia, the University was renamed to Peoples Friendship University of Russia.

Nizhny novograd state medical university

Nizhny Novgorod State Medical University is a major center for training medical practitioners in one of the largest regions of the European part of Russia.
The medical faculty was opened in 1920 as a faculty of Nizhny Novgorod University. In May, 1930 it became an independent Medical Institute and in June 1994 it got a status of the State Medical Academy.

Volgograd state medical university

Within the structure of KSMU we also have a Research Institute of Ecological Medicine as well as a consulting diagnostic polyclinic and medical institute. Till to date KSMU has trained over 25,000 medical professionals across 14 faculties and 67 departments.

Kaliningrad state medical university

KSTU is developing as a multidisciplinary university, focused on the needs of its region and the fisheries industry in Russia. It implements professional training programs for bachelors, graduates, masters and postgraduate training programs for candidates and doctors of science, as well as various additional professional training and professional retraining programs for specialists.
The university trains specialists in 42 specialties and areas of higher professional education.
More than 4,000 people study full-time, about 2,000 students receive higher education in absentia, over 500 people study part-time (evening).

Kirov state medical university

The History of Kirov State Medical University starts on the 2nd of August, 1987, when by the order of the Ministry Council of the USSR an affiliate of Perm State Medical Institute was founded in Kirov. The resolution of creating the branch was carried after a working visit of a government commission headed by the Minister of Healthcare of RSFSR A.I. Potapov and the rector of Perm SMI E.A. Vagner in Kirov. Thanks to the great support of the first secretary of Kirov Regional Committee of Communist Party of Soviet Union V.V. Bakatin and the head of regional healthcare department G.F. Shulyatiev the affiliate was given a number of buildings for the placement of theoretical and biology departments, administrative and utility services.
