Career Counselling

Identifying the real potential in a student and guiding him or her  to take the right career path is the main objective of counselling. Through our career counselling, we help student choose the right career goal, plan and get the right direction. We do accurate analysis of any student so that he or she can find out their interest, strength and weakness. Our approach is to first find out the potential in a student, then we try to clear all the doubts which are there in the mind of a student, then we offer them with various career opportunities. Morale boosting is also a part of career counselling which fills the confidence in any student.

University Selection

University selection is one of the most important aspect which ensures the success of any student. This is being very carefully handled by our highly experienced and professional team. We ensure that our student studies in one of the best and reputed university abroad. There are many aspects which need to be researched by any student before finalizing any university. We at FutureU with our more than 10 years of experience help student select it very carefully. The aspect which we kept in mind before suggesting any university to the student are;

• Whether the university is a government or private one ?
• What is the MCI passing ratio of that university ?
• Whether the program taught is in English, foreign or bilingual language ?
• What is the fee structure of the course ?
• How good is the infrastructure ?
• What is the strength of Indian students in that university ?
• What is the status of hostel, mess and other facilities like sports, Indian food etc ?
• How is the climatic condition of that city where the university is located ?
• Whether the university provide coaching for the various screenig test like NEXT, USMLE, PLAB etc ?

Admission

Admission process is not so complex but has to be executed carefully. Admission process involves following steps;

• Checking the eligibility of the student ( NEET score and 12th percentage).
• Submission of xerox copy of 12th marksheet and passport for the release of admission letter by the college in the name of student.
• Now the student can deposit fees.
• After this university sends invitation letter to the student which is issued by the ministry of that country.
• Post invitation letter student can apply for the visa.
• And after getting visa student can fly and start his classes.

Visa Filing

Documentation and visa filing is one of the important part which is very smartly handled at FutureU. All the documents preparation before filing visa application is efficiently done by our team. Our visa guidance have ensured confirm visa to almost all the students till now. In all we guide students for passport preparation, apostile and translation of required documents, visa application and  interview at the embassy .

Travelling

Safe travelling is desired by all. We at FutureU ensures that our students experience a smooth transit for home in India to his or her destination in Abroad. All the aspect of travelling like air ticket, forex and pre departure guidelines are smartly handled by our team at FutureU. We prefer doing group bookings of air tickets for all of our students at minimum cost so that all students feel confidant and united. Forex is again a part about which many parents and student generally don’t have idea if they have not visited any foreign country earlier. We guide students and their parents with safe options for their currency exchange. We also have tie up with few foreign exchange company which very safely and smoothly ensures the currency exchange. Students need to be informed with the general guidelines before they fly. For this purpose we have made few pre departure guidelines which need to be followed by every student. These pre departure guidelines include;

• Important list of things to be included and excluded in the luggage.
• Information on weight of luggage’s allowed by their airline.
• Information on how to get boarding pass, check-in process and security check-in.
• Do’s and Don’ts at the airports and foreign country.

Post Arrival Assistance

Post arrival assistance is very important. As the student is very new to that country our authorized representative ensure that the student do not face a single problem. The assistance involves;

• Airport pickup by our Authorized representative from respective airport.
• Immediate assistance during the process of immigration and custom clearance.
• Accommodation in student hostel with lunch and dinner facility.
• Providing local SIM and enabling them to talk to their parents in India.
• Assistance during the period of signing university contract, hostel contract etc.
• General orientation and adaptation program.
• Assistance with opening of bank accounts.

Financial Assistance

We understand that for parents arranging finance for making their ward a doctor by giving them opportunity to study in abroad is not an easy task. Hence we guide the parents and students with various finance information which finally help them in geting financial help from banks. 

Post Admission Services

After admission we do not leave students. We remain with the students throughout their academic life for their personal guidance. Post admission we are there to assist at the time of job permit requirement, transfer from one university to another, etc. 

Preparation of Exit Exam

Almost all the students going from India to abroad aims at clearing the screening test of countries like India, USA, UK etc. to get the licence from government to practice medicine in their country.
